In fifth grade, young Connor and his friend, Hunter noticed the lack of sports equipment at recess and took action. Enlisting Connor’s mom's help, they baked treats and set up a lemonade stand, raising over $400 from sales and donations.

Recognizing the inequality, Connor's mom remarked on the limited opportunities for some neighborhoods. This insight ignited a spark in Connor. He declared, “That’s a good point. I’m going to start an NPO and call it Everybody Plays. And I’ll raise money for sports equipment for underprivileged schools.” Thus, "Everybody Plays" was born—a nonprofit aimed at providing sports equipment for underprivileged schools.

With the boundless energy that only a young heart can possess, Connor embarked on a mission to level the playing field for underprivileged schools. What began as a lemonade stand transformed into a movement fueled by compassion and solidarity. His lemonade and baked goods carried not only flavors but also dreams—dreams of laughter, teamwork, and opportunity.
